Using Leading Reach, we will now be able to get crucial information to you at every step of care, presented in an extremely user-friendly format. But how does it work?
Pre-Appointment Reminders
Before you arrive at the office, Leading Reach is already working to make your experience better. It allows us to customize reminders based on what sort of information you would like to receive. We can send pre-appointment reminders via text, email, or calendar appointment, whichever is most convenient for you. In addition to sharing the time and date of the appointment, reminders will also include other helpful details, such as information on the dentist you’ll be seeing and directions to the building. You will also be provided with a link to sign up for the patient portal, where you can continue to access your information in the future.
Post-Appointment Feedback
We highly value any feedback and insights you can give us. This helps us recognize where our strengths lie, as well as identify potential growth opportunities. After your appointment, you’ll have the option to respond to an online survey. Leading Reach allows us to easily send you an email with the survey link so that you can complete it at a time that’s convenient for you. The email will also include all our various online portals so that your reviews can be published on your favorite platform, whether that’s Yelp, Facebook, or someplace else. If you’d like to go one step further and refer our services to a specific person, you can refer a friend with just one click.
Care at Home
With Leading Reach, our services don’t have to end once the patient leaves the office. We can send detailed emails that go over what treatments your dentist recommended, including videos with personalized care tips to help you stay healthy. Going to an appointment can be stressful, especially if you’re due for oral surgery. This makes it a less than ideal time for you to try and memorize every detail of your dentist’s recommendations for treatment at home. This way, you can focus on asking any clarifying questions you might have, and then review your health plan more thoroughly once you’re back in the comfort of your home.
Safe, Seamless Referrals
If your dentist needs to refer you to a separate team for specialized care, it’s important that your information is transmitted securely and in a timely fashion. With Leading Reach, we can send secure attachments containing critical health records, so that any health care provider you see can give you quality care. It also means we are in constant communication with the various specialists that make up your care team every step of the way, ensuring that your health remains a top priority.
Leading Reach is free to the referring offices that want to join, and those offices will have direct communication with our practice and access to patient treatment information.
