Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer oversees the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The COO works with all of the practice surgeons, department managers, staff, vendors and business partners to set the strategic course of the practice and to deliver the Best in Class service to our patients.
Jennifer brings over 15 years of healthcare management experience to OMS Nashville with her background being primarily in Post-Acute Care, Acute Care and Academic Medical settings. As COO of OMS Nashville, she oversees daily administrative and operational functions of the organization and its clinics. She works with the surgeons, department managers, employees, outside vendors and strategic business partners to ensure overall success and delivery of exceptional patient care. Jennifer holds both an MSHA and MBA degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). When not at work, she enjoys hiking, cycling and snow skiing with her husband and daughter.
Practice Operations Analyst
Pam uses her thirty years of experience with our office to conduct in-depth research, create reports and support the Practice COO in optimizing the Practice operations, HR administration, care delivery, and financial performance of OMSNashville.
Marketing and Professional Relations Director
Katie is our liaison between our oral surgery practice and referring dental offices. She is responsible for the marketing and public relations aspect of the practice, including continuing education seminars, social events, and other educational activities.
As Business Administrator, Monica manages the doctor’s schedules and oversees the practice scheduling department and front office administrators. She is committed to ensuring that the patient experience is informative, pleasant and efficient when interacting with schedulers and front desk personnel.
As Finance Administrator, Theresa administers and supervises all financial services and provides professional leadership in the Finance Department. She is responsible for preparation and administration of practice budgets, credentialing, contracting and has a wealth of experience in both the front and back office. Theresa has completed comprehensive training in billing and coding from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is uniquely qualified to address not only patient financial questions regarding billing and insurance, but also any concerns regarding surgical procedures and hospital facilities.
As Surgical Administrator, Taylor supervises all aspects of the Surgical Department. She is responsible for overseeing all Surgical Assistants, employee training, inventory control, OSHA compliance, and promoting the highest quality of care for patients in a stress-free and safe environment.
Dental implants continue to be more accepted as the standard of care when a patient loses a natural tooth. Kala work as the implant coordinator for our office to assure that each implant patient understands the implant process. She works closely with the oral surgeon, general dentist, and patient to provide every implant patient with optimal results following implant surgery.
In an effort to provide our patients with the most thorough and personal service while in our care, we have a team of insurance coordinators who handle patient accounts. They are available to assist with the financial aspects of your treatment plan.
