Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Jennifer brings over 18 years of healthcare management experience to OMS Nashville with her background being primarily in Post-Acute Care, Acute Care and Academic Medical settings. As COO of OMS Nashville, she oversees daily administrative and operational functions of the organization and its clinics. She works with the surgeons, department managers, employees, outside vendors and strategic business partners to ensure overall success and delivery of exceptional patient care.
Jennifer holds both an MSHA and MBA degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). When not at work, she enjoys hiking, cycling and snow skiing. Jennifer and her husband, Dimitre, have two daughters, Sofia and Anna.
Practice Operations Analyst
Pam uses her thirty years of experience with our office to conduct in-depth research, create reports and support the Practice COO in optimizing the Practice operations, HR administration, care delivery, and financial performance of OMSNashville.
Pam has worked with OMSNashville since 1989 and has played an important role in the growth and success of the practice. She is a dog lover, enjoys reading, and spending time with her 3 children, 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Professional Relations Coordinator
Ellis is the liaison between our oral surgery practice and referring dental offices. She is responsible for all marketing strategies and campaigns and for maintaining digital and social media marketing efforts, branding, and website development, as well as planning all continuing education seminars and other social events.
Ellis is a Nashville native and has been with OMSNashville for 10 years, spending most of that time in the Business Department until recently becoming the PR Coordinator.
She attended culinary school, so it goes without saying that she considers herself a “foodie”. She decided to leave the restaurant world and pursue healthcare but preparing meals for her loved ones is still one of her passions. She is a huge Denver Broncos Fan and sports fan in general – She is trying to visit all the NFL Stadiums one day and has already marked several off her list! Traveling to see the Broncos play, exploring new cities and restaurants, listening to podcasts, fashion and celebrating the Christmas holiday are some of her favorite things.
As Business Administrator, Monica manages the business department, all doctor’s schedules, rotations at charitable clinics, after hours service and all patient information and correspondence platforms. The Business Department is comprised of our front office administrators, the scheduling department, and our patient coordinator. Their duties combined prepare patients for their upcoming appointments and ensure that our doctors have everything necessary to treat the patient. Monica is committed to ensuring the patient experience is informative, pleasant, and efficient as well as making sure our patients are prepared for each visit.
Monica joined OMSNashville in 2008. She is originally from Pensacola, FL and moved to Nashville in 2003. She often visits family in Pensacola and enjoys her many beach vacations back home. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Bretton and Payton, raising her golden retrievers, NashTater and AlliBear, and being a dog foster mom. Monica is an avid Alabama fan and loves tailgating and hosting parties for all the football games. She has a passion for growing and eating super hot and unique peppers and always has at least one pepper with her. One of her bucket list desires is to win a pepper eating contest one day.
Joshua comes to OMS with 9 years of experience in Human Resources covering all aspects of HR. In his position, he will be responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and new employee onboarding, employee training, development and implementation of policies, and any employee relations issues. Gathering and analyzing HR metrics, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Joshua is a local guy from Hendersonville and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He is married and has two boys and enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. You might even see him coaching on the soccer fields in Hendersonville at any point during the week because he coaches his sons in soccer. He is a big fan of anything University of Tennessee sports related as he grew up being an avid UT fan, Go Vols! And lastly, Joshua enjoys all things Marvel, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings related so he is completely in on all the new shows and movies.
Chereace comes to OMS Nashville with 11 years of experience in leadership, healthcare, and accounts receivables. Her background is primarily in general acute care for hospitals and outpatient care centers in communities across the US. As a Finance Manager of OMS Nashville, she will oversee Account(s) Reconciliation, supervise insurance coordinators, manage, and oversee legalities for State and government programs, and other duties as deemed necessary.
Chereace is a native of Hopkinsville, KY, and is currently a resident of Nashville TN since the year of 2011. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Health and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University. During her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends or just taking some time for herself to decompress. Chereace’s hobbies include traveling, shopping, and binge-watching first responders’ television shows.
Kristen has had the opportunity to gather experience in several areas of the practice in her 22 years at OMSNashville. She uses this knowledge in her position as Controller to monitor expenditures, oversee day-to-day accounting, and manage accounting records.
Kristen loves the outdoors, specifically camping and hiking with her family, as well as photography. She is happily married to her husband of 21 years, with three wonderful children.
Dental implants continue to be more accepted as the standard of care when a patient loses a natural tooth. Kala works as the implant coordinator for our office to assure that each implant patient understands the implant process. She works closely with the oral surgeon, general dentist, and patient to provide every implant patient with optimal results following implant surgery. Kala enjoys spending time with her family (husband, Dale, and daughter, Nora) and watching Alabama football with her friends.
Debbie brings over 20 years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience to OMSNashville. As Surgical Administrator, Debbie supervises all aspects of the Surgical Department. She is responsible for overseeing all Surgical Assistants, employee training, inventory control, OSHA compliance, and promoting the highest quality of care for patients in a stress-free and safe environment.
Debbie is originally from Michigan, but raised her family in Naples, FL, and joined OMSNashville in 2021. She enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her four children and two grandchildren.
